are you using sinking or floating pellets, i found it was easy to get my gar to take floating pellets once sinking ones hit the bottom they are usually ignored

yes sir they are Florida spotted gar i have one that is at 13 inches now and looks just like your little guys

Very nice gars you got there. I'm liking how their pattern is developing. Makes me long for the days of baby gars again. Maybe in the spring, I'll add to the collection.

Im using Hikari bio gold pellets(floating) They are interested in the pellets and bump them with their nose, so the are learn that it is food. I have gotten my other gar to eat pellets by using crickets and Bio gold pellets so im not worried just got to give them time.

Here are a few pics of these guys after a feeding of gold fish, they are still at 20cms as for the last week i couldnt get any feeders so they were eating crickets.

All three gars are eatting pellets now, They are currently at 25cms. The last month they have not grown much for some reason. They were feed feeder till last week, and not they are on pellets,srimp,crickets, W/C every two/three days. Pics will posted soon
