New Baby Gars

sweet! glad they're on pellets. I've actually had good luck with sinking pellets instead of floating with mine.
 
Here are a few pics of these guys they are abt 27cms now but getting fatter, they currently eatting bio gold pellets and shrimp.I have moved them now to the 228gallon tank. Pics are from before the move, i will post more of them in there current home.

Here are a few pics of the gars. they are in 228gallon tank now, the have learnt to eat anything, main diet is massivore, and some prawns/hake as treats. They are getting close to the 30cm mark now.

What do you guys think abt there pattens, will it stay the way it is now?

They are looking good! They should grow fairly fast in the big tank. My friend gave me his 12" Florida and after 3 weeks in my 270g, it was already 15".
 
great looking fish! they are growing in to the more adult pattern now. as they develop further the spots tend to get smaller and more numerous (sometimes breaking up more), and the snout will appear to shorten/broaden. other than that, pattern will generally stay similar to what you see now.--

Thank you for the kind words, i really put allot of effort into making sure that these guys got the best possible care, so much so my fam thinks i have issues/crazy abt my fish now:screwy:
