but i found that the little guys will eat or try to eat anything that moves.. so i thaw the bloodworms and brine shrimp cubes in water.. and pour it in front of the powerhead stream so it flies across the tank.. instantly you've got baby peacock bass that eat whatever you put in the tank.

Thanks everyone. I will definitely be doing monthly update shots to track his growth. This will be waaaayy better than that datnoid growth that I tried to track.

I don't know why he started eating pellets. I have him in with a bunch of other cichlids and I am thinking he just learned from watching them. But, I have tried feeding him market shrimp, which all of the other fish tear up, but he won't touch it. He just sits there waiting for the pellets.
