That's what I get for skimming ...the minimum tank I'd use for a grow out is 120gal 4x2x2, but I'd get a 180gal from the beginning 6x2x2, which would be a good grow out and "hopefully permanent" home for your peacock bass.

Whereabouts in Canada are you?

6x2x2 foot tank (180) is minimum for life. Your pbass has already outgrown the 30 gallon.
 
i got a oscar and i am going to remove the goldfish, the oscar is 2.5 inches. about half the size of the bass.

oscar + bass + 180 gallon = good or bad?
