Well it goes to prove that umbees are a lot harder to sex than everyone thought. BTW very nice umbee, its possible its female but I've only had females color lime that right before they spawned then went to basic yellow within a few days. I personally think its a male, I have been thru hell trying to vent and sex these location x umbees looking for a female and now it has me second guessing my venting techniques. Also Dan has a really nice male and possibly one of the best but NOT the best. Everyone needs to understand that no matter how badass a fish is, there will always be somethin better:) anyway good luck sexing your umbee.

however this is gonna turn out to be a nice male, keep up the good work and keep us updated...... where did this umbee come from ? There is a very stunning bloodline that runs in the bay and I have to admit IMO it is the top Rio Mag bloodline I have seen. :eek:
