It really sucks cause I really like him. Don’t know who did it but culprits are: vampire pleco, green phantom, blue botia, and tiger loach. I moved him out to a 30gallon and hopefully he pulls through.

I don’t think it could’ve been the bristlenose or spotted Raphael’s but anyways I had a bad feeling about it. I still went ahead and bought it. Even since I added the vampire and green phantom, I’ve lost 3 plecos already.
I don't know anything about the two named pleco species.
Both loaches probably could do it. My yoyo loach is a killer of certain fish, such as Murray cod. Don't people say blue botias can be exceedingly aggressive? Never had one, skimmed only a thread or two on them ever.

He’s gone. This morning before work I went to check on him and he’s in fish heaven. Guess I wasn’t meant to have him.
