I would see if you can return the fish and get your money back or store credit. Since you've had the fish for a month they may not take them but they did sell them under the wrong name and this fish gets so much bigger than piranha so they should take them back. Then you have to decide what you want. Do you really want RBP's? If you do and that store doesn't have them, I'm sure someone here can tell you where you can get them. You could get some other fish that you like. Cichlids or how about some Tigerfish?

bumpylemon if you really want small piranha i can get a few REAL red bellies piranha for you at same size. there are a local fish store right next to me have a few in stock.
go fishing, do a water change, clean your filters, buy some guppies and feed them to your monsters.

ok the first 2 pics i think are clearly pacu now...
the 3rd picture on are the one piranha that i believe i have. he is alot more silver and his dots ar much more black. and his nose i can tell.
but thie thing is the pacu are so much more aggressive. and the one piranha actually follows them around. i dont get it. and i swear i can see sharp pointy teeth that look like piranhas UGHHH WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
