well he settled in nicely and for the first couple hours I got him he explored every inch of his place and when he walks he like goes slow mow and his fat tail moves very odly which makes it look just like a head and when ever he is not on the prowel he pretty much sits in the oddest places (like on the hightest point of his plant which is crazy since it is like not strong at all)

oh and yes coura I dissinfected the cage and all the stuff with water/bleach then rubbing alcohol I might be getting another tommorow then breed them in a few weeks:naughty:

whats too bad about his tail? when I say oddly I dont mean bad but its is odd and interesting how their tail moves like my skink's tail would just drag when he walked but this guys picks it up and waves it around

Its a regenerated tail. Not the original. Must of been pulled off.

really? did you tell from the picks?
oh and I might be getting him a lady friend today

ok so later I will be off to the pet store but first I would like to know
If I do get a female how long should I quarintine her and could I house her with the male or would he be a bother to her with relentless mating?

They are very similar to Leos. I have had one but he was very nasty to me, which is weird. When I saw him at the LPS he was very laid back and the work held him and everything and he was chill. But as soon as I brought him home and left him for a few days he would always hiss and attempt to bite me.

He tricked you into buying him by acting nice.

this was my first reptile
