T thefredpit looking good! i got my TT to first eat krill by thawing it in blood worm "juice" so it would hold the smell and he'd recognize it. i didnt know you had elephant noses! i love those guys. so weird. what all are you keeping yours with? i wish i had the space for a cornish jack, saw some while visiting villages in africa and they were mind blowing

I was really surprised at how much I like my 4 elephant nose, I am always amazed at how agile they are as they are darting around objects. In the tank with my 7" fire eel Nero is the 4x 5" elephant nose, 2x 10" ropefish, 10" wc delhezi bichir, 9" Teugelsi bichir, 9" moke bichir, 6.5" albino sengalus bichir, 5.5" regular sengalus, 5.5" ornate bichir, 4.5" L190 royal pleco, 4" striped raphael catfish, and last but not least feeder mollies and guppies along with about 25 baby gold mystery snails

T thefredpit i wonder how they would do with my dats and knife. id love to get a few but wouldnt want them to be too stressed out. might try one of the other mormyrid species

what type of knife? and how big is the knife and dats? Also they do much better in groups of 4 or more. The difference between even 2 and 4 is drastic.

Royal Clown Knife. About 14" or so. Dats are between 3-5" on second thought I'm not so sure how well they would work. Might need to just wait on this one
