well.. Now you've got a quarantine tank, lose the t-barbs.

i think ima grow out the baarbs in the 10 untel they get bigger then add them to my 29 and in my 29 ima take out my two female cons and add them to the 10. or make the 10 a ram tank.

10gallons is too small for a single convict, even a female. Without yelling at you.. Use it as a QT tank and don't bother with the rams or any other fish you think might work.
