those should be culled. not killed, but culled as in taken out of the breeding stock. but instead they are hoped to come out like that so they can sell them for 10x the amount. thats why i'll never own a batman ray...EVER.

its not genetic, it is just like a misscarage... the mother was stressed out so it gave birth without the ray being fully developed...
