New fish problem

IMG_7911.JPG Today he looks worse but is more active. Now he has white stuff in both eyes but his mouth area is looking rougher. He would not hold still for a pic today. It's very wrinkled and bumpy looking.

Ok better pics. Also noticed he has a chunk out of his fin. He is alone in the tank with just gravel. Nothing could have done that. Also noticed more white fuz stuff on his head and tail.
