Since it's the fish with the red tail and black spot near the head, that's not a 'pike' (I guess you meant a pike characin of some sort?)
It's a red tail barracuda.

Lungfish are legal, except for the AUL. The only lungfish species I've seen being sold is the West African lungfish (Protopterus annectens).

Pretty sure it’s a cuda. Odoes don’t have the spots or red tail.
