New fish!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
What are the chances of him staying this colour? I know they can peel and change colour but does this still happen at this size?

Chances are very low he already morphed colors at a younger age I breed Midas/ RD some Midas/RD will morph but will just show white later on. My 7 inch Midevil is showing a lot of white now but morphed at 2 inches

Well since I rehomed my dovii to make way for a community tank I decided to pick up a few new fish. This guy was my favourite purchase, he's around 9" and came from a community tank with blood parrots, rainbow cichlids etc and wasn't aggressive and seems to be OK in my tank so far so fingers crossed he keeps playing nice!

Same here, I have a 7 inch female Midevil and she's getting more white on her.

I'm really happy with him and he's showing very little aggression so far. He came from a 55g tank with quite a few other fish and no heater so I'm glad I found him. He also has a tiny bit of HITH so hopefully it'll clear up with plenty of water changes.

yea, it's not done morphing yet.....she's gonna end up pearly-white and stunning. Give her a year and the orange will be gone. You lucky "Devil"
