Would also leave the 240 in the house or put it in the garage? It is currently positioned in the sitting area of my bedroom. Here are some pics. It's pretty nice as well.

That is freaking immaculate! Why didnt you tell me you didnt just have some grubby tanks that you didnt want in your house? With tanks like that, they would be in my house too!

Have you thought about these "portable room air conditioners"? they just sit on the floor and have an exhaust vent that goes to the window, and since they don't stick out the window you could conceal it with some shutters or something. They're a bit more expensive than a window unit but still not too bad with all the money you have invested in the hobby already.
