Careful they are illegal....

x2.

One that size certainly wasn't imported before this species was CITES II listed in 2004; if it was a big one, then you could probably get away with having it since hatchlings make up the bulk of the imported ones. Because of that CITES II listing, any & all fly river turtles imported after 2004 are illegal to buy, sell, possess, and so on regardless of your knowledge of that fact or not.

Also, this species is next to impossible to breed in captivity due to its temperament towards others of the same kind as well as other factors.

Regardless of that, it's still a neat turtle (albeit an illegal one).

How you no were I liv an if I have a permit?

Huh?!?!?!

Um, You live in Cali and in 2004 CITES II listed that you couldn't import any FRT's. In that case, if you are not breeding them, then they will be illegal at that size.

Paper work to import ILLEGAL turtles?

It's fine with me if you get away with it, but as stated, its still not legal. I can give two craps about what you do to better your self, But I know MFK will not stand for it. Simple and clear.

HAha...talk to me about money guy. Look at my threads and see what I have and owned. Then talk to me about legit business. FRT's are just a ingredients in soup to me.
