Great pick up u r lucky!!
Base on ur pic there's less than 1% chance for the barbles to grow back, still nice aro tho.

@blksubykid
I like ur sig but god has no mercy now as he created a turbo with virtually no lag, one of them is chilling next to my trubo manifold

Thanks. I think I forgot to say, it does have barbels, it's really short. :) I took those picture from like 3 feet away.

LOL, Dayak!!!
What do you base that upon? Please give me some evidence too.

Hao, gorgeous black.
The barbells will grow back in no time.
My Black I rescued came in very beaten up fins were in a terrible way, and zero barbells. I mean not even stumps.
Within days both barbells were growing back, within 2 weeks completely grown back, and fish looked brand new!

based on the pic of course u troll master :)
from the pic it looks like it was completely goner to the root, if there is roots left there is big chance it will grow back.
r u referring to ur 10 inches black aro that died young mysteriously under your care?

FYI if it was completely gone, there is still a method to make it grow. Sorry to say this, but I'm pretty sure, TGM can take better care of an Aro than you.

LOL at your desperate attempt to smear!
No Dayak, I am not referring to a (waaaay under 10") juvenile Black Aro I had die on me once.

I am referring to the now 2.5+ ft Black I rescued from a bad fish keeper who had it kept in bad conditions (wasn't you was it?) and brought back to health in my LARGE tanks with pristine water conditions.

Haaa a little hasty on the numbers! It is actually JUST under 2.5ft. (my guestimate was a little way out)
But she is my beast, and I think she has made a pretty good improvement..

Day 1, just collected her from someone keeping her in a 4ft tank with crap water. No barbels, bruises, missing scales, fin rot, bad condition:

Here she is a few months ago. All fins recovered, no bruises, both barbells back and eating and growing like a champ! :
