new FX5.. WOAH!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Thats what I mean though, You cant cut the hose at the valve ends since it has rubber connections on the hose which you cant remove without cutting them off. You can only cut the hoses at the end going into the tank.

The removable rubber fittings should be on the tank side.

the removeable rubber fitting that the intake grate and the return nozzle have are on the tank side. The ribbed hose that goes to the vavle that plugs into the fx5 itself was able to be cut and fixed. It doesnt look like the side that goes into the tank coukld be cut.

funny story, i had just got my fx5 set up plugged it in then it happened..... a hose clamp broke it drained like 50g before i got the valve close lol

i totally understand how that could happen. This filtermoves some serious water!! I love how quiet it is. When I first pluged mine in I was alittle worried because you could hear air in it. Then the filtar shut off by itself! I thought for sure it was broke, then out of nowhere it turned back on and was completely silent!
