New GATF

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I NEED one!
Soon....very soon.
Is it really that easy gettin em eating pellets?

I thought it was going to be a PITA but my goliath took onto pellets really well. The tinfoils played a major role. Chicxulub's method and articles was very helpful! Thanks again Rob!

Mine is just a baby and it eats everything. As long as flow is plentiful and there are no aggressive tankmates, I think it's easy.

Here's a shot of him following tonight's feeding. It's just an iPhone so excuse the quality.

Looks good! Gatf looks great I love the tiles. I'm surprised my gatf was converted to pellets so easily. I was expecting to have a dead tinfoil or two lol.

Next on my list....40g breeder w/ nice stand to go in the house :)
And a atf of some sort. I'll probably try and find one in sac in a month or 2.
I cant wait!

Very nice! Love the tank setup also. Looks like i'll need more flow to try and get mines on pellets.

I just actually picked up a VATF in sac this past weekend. Both jojo's and exotic had a couple VATF and GATF left.

That's my setup to a T: 40 breeder, Eheim 2217, and a 1400gph koralia powerhead.

You might want to plan for when your bass out grow the GATF. In a few months they will be big enough to swallow the ATF.

LOL the temensis is already getting bigger than the Goliath. They were an impulse buy and will be sold off before they become a problem.
