+1 on the dragging feet part. in the source I provided in the op it was supposed to be released last year but it looks like this new release date is set.

pacific rim is one I've been meaning to see. just keep seeing other movies

speaking of other movies, I just saw 12 years a slave. brutal how people were once treated worse than animals here in the states. absolutely horrible. good movie

yeah watch pacific rim. i recall it getting bad reviews but i don't think they're warranted. every ending is predictable with these type of movies but it keeps you entertained until you get to that point.
 
If you search the internet and keep your engine set at past 24 hours you can usually find a trailer that someone has uploaded. It looks amazing.

I'm so excited favourite childhood movies!! I even still have my the Godzilla blankets (the American movie). I secretly wish they'd remake the other ones with the monsters Godzilla fights ! But in a north American version! HD mothra! Or king ghidorah!

I came across a teaser trailer and according to that it's supposed to hit theaters in May.
