nice pleco and cheap of chips not suprised u took it. watch out for competition and agressiveness with your phantom when they get bigger

already got the aggression but in the 120g they get away from each other. :naughty:

they chilled here but blue runs him away to to the other piece of wood.

:woot: :clap :headbang2  :grinno: :grinyes: :screwy: :WHOA:

They should be able to establish their own territories in that large of a tank.

no more greenies, go get the blue panaque for 15$ :swear:

my gueen gold nugget is missing! :WHOA:

came home from a trip on monday and have not seen it yet, will tear up tank tommorow and do a water change while looking for "goldie", but i think he became a meal for one of my bichirs just don't know which one. well that's the law of nature but i sure do miss him, but just means i can go find another one if he 's not there. will update holla back. :swear:

That is a great price for a blue panaque. I love the Blue/Green phantoms, they are some of my favs in the pleco world.

Just a word. It is in general a bad idea to keep plecs and bichirs together. If the plecs are too small they may end up meals, but when the plecos get to big they can start turning the tables. I had a problem with my Ornatipinnis getting sucked on by numerous plecos. He just was not fast enough to evade some of my larger plecs. In general I tend to stay away from mixing the two.
