you might try moving them. I'm sure geos don't just lose eyeballs

i just moved em today.. hopefully the other one heals and lives with one eye instead of just dying on me.

they seem to be ALOT happier in the new tank.

lots of colors showing and they are VERY active, swimming with my group of geo's.

Hey bud, try asking PoloMax about these guys, he's got 3 full grown adults I believe.

I hope you manage to get breeders, this is another fish that needs to be reintroduced into the area.

that would be pretty awesome if they did, but i hear it would take almost 2 years for them to reach that size.

Most (not all) of the successfull spawnings take place after the 5 year mark. Very slow maturing fish. Worth it ten times over though.
