I'm still waiting on prices for those Silver dollars???? Oddly I'm not into rays, I just don't really like them.

yes t-gar...very nice fish...i do believe there were some pics of this particular fish posted some days ago...say bye-bye to your angel fish...i don't find it amusing that you'd throw it in with the goonch just cause the fish does what comes naturally...

FYI: Two weeks now and Angles have taken a pounding but all are still alive! Another week I'll have the 360 set up for them. Crossing fingers. I got the gar hand feeding silversides now so I think he's happy ATM.

get your gar on pellets and angelfish should be ok. maybe the gar was only on feeders before you??? good looking specimen and arizona sucks, IMO

Ahhhh my T gar rocks! Quick update. T gars are pigs! This guy eats everything! He's always hungry, always!

Is this normal T gar appetite? I feed him at least 2 full size market shrimp a day! He's looking for more food now, hanging at the bottom and poking around for scraps. What a pig! He eats pellets, silver sides, shrimp, pinky mice. Not a fan of night crawlers but got into my wife's finger once, cost me a dinner

Any more info on T gar feeding habits is appreciated.

He will eat as much as you give him. It sounds like your current schedule is fine. You could even choose a day a week to fast him if you wish.

Just trying to keep him happy so some of my smaller fish survive until I can get the 360 set up.

Then he's going back to live feedings!
