New kelberi's, how long before i should give in to feeders?

i too hate feeding feeders honestly...
but IMO the faster you get them up to size the faster you can wean them onto pellets etc.

My dogs want steak but I'm not going to give them it =P I just don't like the risk of desease and personally just prefer prepared foods over guppies and feeders. Just a personal preference. The occasional feeder as a treat is going to be there, but I don't want that being their staple diet.

that is why we keep the temp at 87+. Cichla are different than other fish when it comes to feeders. I prefer prepared foods, too, but my Cichla are going to get live until they reach a decent size.

you thin thats bad, try having mono juvies here in oz. guppies are $2 each.

Wow,surely you must feed them minnows from a stream or some other small fish if they dont take the worms.
