When I got my GP and put her in the tank, she was all over the tank. She was sucking up and down and staying out on the glass for the first 2 days. That's when I named her Suki. After that, she disappeared. She remained hidden inside one of my decorator logs for months. I could see her, but she would never come out. For weeks, I was worried that she wasn't eating (because I never saw her). Now, 1 year later, she has a new hiding spot, she she also stays out in the open a lot. She's also one of the first plecos (in my tank) to come out as soon as I feed them.I am really excited by these they were cruising the tank last night out in the open.
