lol i would say 5 dollar is a good price but i can go as much as 10 haha.but it cool bro .when i first stared i bought one for 90 dollar!!!! haha what a rip off .it was a AAA blue dragon very nice but turn out to be a female ,but very good for breeding lol.come one tell us the price lol

Let us know- we won't laugh! I'm going to pick up a couple of $3 fry next weekend to start my FH. One was already peeling at 1.25" and I'm pissed I decided against it. The other was popping a kok at 1.25" but I let that one stay because he had been beaten up a bit- messed up caudal and ventral.

lol 8.99 . i searched all day. the first ones i had seen were basically grey witha few speckles. they were 6.99 didnt impress me. so i kept searching and found this one way in the back in a tnak i was barely tall enough to see into and notice him. if it wasnt for a sudden little orange eye i saw out the very edge of the tank i would have missed him. so now the obsession starts. Ive been dying for a flowerhorn forever i wasnt really concerned with what color or type right now. i just have seen some adults and nice big ones and i love their personalities. So diet for this little guy? any specific brand or type?

there is this $200 one at my lfs that i flock to every time. I love the way he pays so much attention to people. it is like a dog he is always there wagging his tail at me. maybe he thinks im purty

i thought it had some convict in it..but nice. its showing color already. 8.99 wasn't that bad. my first flowerhorn was a 38 dollar REALLY REALLY low grade flowerhorn. So yeah, i definetly got ripped off.

opp...hahahah k sis lol.that a pretty good price for a fist flowerhorn lol.when you really get in to it and have alot of exp buy from online and ask to see the parent of the fish lol.it might cost alitle more like 20 dollar for a nice fry and a really nice one that is.i just bought 4 from JP they will arive on tuse day yay cant wait. lol the parent are amazing lol.Mine at that size dint except pellets so i feed it bloodworm prime strimps lol.but now they are on alife ,chingmix,and sumo grand pellets.oh and here is my litle guys lol

that little guy is so cute! see ive seen a few babies but i really couldnt tell what looks good and what doesnt. I figured the one a bit more pricey and the one with alot of color at a small size would be a good pick

Bars look like convict. Maybe a mix in there somewhere. I would have guess convict mutt if it wasn't for the color and plum line in the back there.

Just because it has stress bars from recent introduction you think its part convict? that doesnt make a lot of sense to me, please explain.
