DB! Are you trying to corner the market on marbles bro!

Have been for years.

Problem is they are allergic to the water here in Iowa and don't seem to want to breed. They will eventually. No doubt there, but it way take a while to figure out exactly what the root cause is. First step - Put a well well established proven breeding group in my water. They've been here a little while now. I have to wait and see if they start back up. Then I know if I have to intervene as far as the water and how crappy it is.
Just to clarify on these Marbles.....
They've only been with me a few days. Wasn't sure what was going to go on with them right away after they arrived, so they've been up at Shawn's. After a while I thought there's no sense in them taking up tank space and being fed without me paying thier rent so I grabbed them and been trying to get them established enough for life with a group.
The funny thing is I offered these to a few people and nobody was intrested, as it seems they are just average. Even now there's mention of the average female. I've been knee deep in Marbles for years and IF this is average, apparently my collection has never really been above average

That is one of the nicer females I have here. Easy top 4. Most of mine go to crap by a foot. This girl's probobly 13-14" I might have to reconsider that long overdue Marble update till expectations come down a bit (Thanks to Richard)
No, I did not get the ones I paid for. I actually was sent a different male which passed right away. Shawn replaced the male with one I had been eyeballing previously from his stock. This pair was a little more then half the price of the other pair. Still working out details as far as credit/refund but that's between us. It's not the first time there's been issues and I'm sure won't be the last, but I'm trusting that things will work out, as they always have in the past. Just gotta keep the faith and patience and hope it pans out.
