probly act like a rtc, ive seen them kept in large native aquariums with no probs. There not rare its just troble some finding a small one

nice1 m8, im sure i will get 1 of these monsters, maybe about 6" if im lucky but that will do fine .

You wouldnt happen to know what the cats are called with 3 rows of spines, 1 on each side and 1 on the top, now they are mean looking also but i cant find 1 anywhere for pics :)

no prob ,nope i cant find what that other catfish is

Look up prehistoric catfish, I'm not sure what they are really called, I've mostly seen pics of them on line. Try getting a mekong catfish, those beasts get huge (rtc can't compete)

over the past couple of days ive looked at all sorts of cats, its a very hard decision as you really need to know what will be compatible tankmates.

i dont want to get something that will grow massive in a month and eat all me fish , but keep the suggestions comeing dudes they are very helpfull, thanks.:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:
