New Neighbor. What kind is it? Poisonous?

i've always remember the coral snake saying as

red and yellow frights a fellow, red and black is a friend of jack.

but I tend to just stay away from most snakes.

never heard frights i heard
red on yellow kill a fellow red on black a friend name jack

a better saying would be...if you don't recognize it....stay away from it. LOL

yup thats what i do.
