Also, this rule change effecs more then just Indy and New Orlean, which seem to be the only fans upset about it. Think about how wes welker often uses the ref as a shield to set a pick as he goes down the middle? That ref will no longer be there for WRs (or tight ends) to use for seperation. That was another design play that's taking advantage of the rules and guidelines in a way that aren't meant to be abused.
