I'll put forth my recommendation for New Life Spectrum 3mm Sinking pellets. They don't contain a larger amount of beta-carotene (colour enhancer), but it is a good food with good ingredients.

Love Omega one, there's a lfs here that you can refill for almost half price if you bring back the empty containers

Yes larger size pellets would be nice.
