New Pair (EBJD x Gold JD) getting ready to spawn :)))

When you breed, what do you do with the jacks with the sub Blue gene? I am trying my hand at this and want to take a short cut and make sure i have new dna
 
The fish look great Jill and amazing pics of the spawn hope all goes well with the babys . It's a shame nt enough ppl inquired about the thred . I love reading and seeing the progress of the pairs and off spring . I my self have had no luck but still trying . But u shall we say have a wet thumb for breeding these amazing fish . And I hope u continue with up dates .or new thred ill be looking for them .

I think I have figured out my random fish deaths, my heater has been leaking volts into the tank. I didnt notice it until yesterday, middle of a water change all the fish were on the bottom of the tank. Typically they either attack or hide from the VAC. Stuck my hand in the water and ZAP. Unplugged everything. Over the last 5 mths I have lost fish randomly, 5 total all little ones.

Hi Scott,
I'm sorry to hear about your heater. That has happened to me in the past & I lost a batch of fry because of it. As for your question with the Greens- I don't know what anyone else is doing. (Sorry)
I'm glad to hear you have 5x little one's you're growing out. I'd love to see vids/pics of them.

My gene carriers I cull & keep a few for future projects. But if you read through this whole thread you'll see that I'm offering some right now & I won't be doing it for very long. I only have a few more that I'm willing to part with.
