New panaque

guys,

Just got this guy today. I passed him up 2 weeks running but then couldnt walk by his tank without buying him today

Owner didnt have much info on him so had them labeld up as L190 and he was cheap

I thought L90 but im not that good with panaques, any help is appreciated with an ID!!

Great looking panaque. Royals are alot of fun. What size is he???
