2" is my cut off. Below that they are just too much of a pain.

having said that my GN was just under 2" but it was cheap and i couldnt resist

Well a good deal is a good deal, but if I have the choice, I don't buy the ones under 2".

Thanks for all the responce's guys. So L203/LDA65 Papa eh, that one huge ass fish!!! He is very small at 3-4" if that at the moment. Wonder what his growth rate will be like

I have walked ppast it before because they actualy have 4 in the tank but all there tails were bashed, making IDing very hard. I saw the smallest one on the wood posing and imidiatly thought................

I'd have to say it does look like an L090, that hasn't developed fully yet, or has been picked on.

But now I start looking at the links etc its hard to say. Just a note, his colours may be strees colours. In the shop he was very dark indeed with no patern showing through.

LDA65 is a different panaque all together. Yours if it gets darker is proably a L203, but there are dark varieties of L090 also. give him a few days then post a pic of him.

PC says different.....although they have been wrong in the past(as have aqua log)

As for the colour, he has settled and the colour is all most the same. I will post againg in a few weeks

LDA65 is what Oddball had. Titanic pleco. PC is wrong on a number of things.

L203 is the former L090c and L090d, they were seperated into becoming L203. LDA65 doesn't have the same coloration. go to oddball's gallery I'm sure he has a pic of his old one.
