How big are yours? What sort of growth rate you getting?
I'm thinking of moving them into a bigger tank soon, they're currently in a 30" and not looking cramped yet, but I might stick them in the 48x15x18 with discus to see if the extra space gets em growing faster!
as said my female seem's to have doubled in size...id say around 6inche's maybe abit smaller, male id say around 5inch maybe bit smaller,but she's got alot of girth, he look's like a streak of p.......hehe.....they seem to grow quite rapid for me, also the obscura is chunking up nicely, he must be around 6-7inch,

food is hilraki red cichlid pellet's, chopped prawn's, dried bloodworm, earthworm pellet's, feed random, one day yes two day's no then maybe two day's yes,miss a few day's,then a few day's of feeding
