Its being shipped in tommorow to a friends and I will be having it shipped to me middle of next week. ;)

Your QT looks like mine (all scratched up). LOL Hes looking very nice. I gotta get me a dslr.
 
i was a little worried last night, he nibbled on worms, but never actually saw him eat any... Tested the water and was in good shape.. Hopefully he is doign OK.

Woke up this morning worms were still in the tank.
 
it was Tuesday when i recieved it. I will do another tonight to see if that is what it is as he is in a 55 gallon tank until he gets eating good enought to go in the big tank.
 
Was the QT a fresh setup using seeded media or seeded filters from other systems. Or did you pull water out of one of your larger tanks? If so keep an eye on water as it will still go through a cycle.
My quarantine always stays running with my fahaka which also has a high metabolism. I just remove him when I want to quarantine a ray.
