Now, there are certificates, but almost anyone can get registered for certificates if you got the money and they don't mean a thing since almost no one recognize them.

I don't know man, I tried to sell fish to Petsmart before and they said they couldn't take them off of me because they get them from distributor. If I wanted to give them to them for free, that was a different story.

Because they can get cheaper fish. ;) Or ... they use that stupid "YOUR ANIMAL INFECTED OURS AND KILLED THEM" mentality.
