Too bad about the rainbow and striata. Although it is normal behaviour, unless your lucky and a pair forms snakheads will end up as a solo tank !

as for treatment no, Salt is not a good choice, For many fish it's a good precautionary measure but not with snakeheads they have a low salt tolerance it will cause more stress/harm than good. Snakeheads are also very sensitive to most medications as well.
Melafix & Pimafix combination is my recommendation. It’s the only medication I’ve used effectively that is safe for snakeheads . Also start the treatment ASAP in my experience once the fuzzy starts on them you have a VERY short window to work with before it rapidly spreads and the channa dies.
if you do turn him around he'll need a new tank, putting him back with the rest is a death sentance.

This morning my sub adult striata jumped out, I woke at 8 found him on the floor. Still in good condition lol...
You have a very very short window. Sorry to say if you cant help him immediatley, high chances he is a goner
