A male doesn't have the spot in the dorsal, females do outlined in white ... normally not a round spot though, alot of times it's irregular. Female noto's have a red ringed circular spot. It kind of looks in the dwarf body shape, but that small pic makes it hard to tell ...

Looks dwarf shaped, but without seeing the dorsal spot it's really hard to tell. If it's black/white it's regani, black/red noto, black/orange wallacii ...
