Ok so the back has been given me some trouble but it's all sorted now.

Back done and insulation started:

Insulation is done apart from a tiny tiny leak that I thought I'd fixed, it's not even a weep of a leak but it's still a leak, so needs fixing
The shelf for the shower(next year) will be built off of this ledge:

Next will be the feather board on the back. it won't be pretty but it doesn't need to be, that will be done tomorrow, I have the net I have the air pump I have the heater, I don't have a cover. I also don't have fish and time is really running out on getting fry to raise this year, if it doesn't work out I'll just buy 10-15 small koi and grow them on over the winter and see what is what, thanks for baring with me this should be done soon(apart from the shower, but I have seen one on ebay, unfortunately, I have a wife ;-)

Hi, the plan is to heat the pond through the winter to grow koi fry on for the main pond, we get cold winters here 0-5 degrees so the koi suffer, hence why the main pond is 4 foot deep. The long term goal is to build a new main pond to the same specs(obviously not out of wood) but that is 10 years or so down the line.
