Thanks, it was lined with zavlar then the tiles were applied with an 1/8" trowel and zavlar and the acrylic windows were put on using zavlar and bolts. Bolts on the inside were then again covered in zavlar.

Thanks,the demensions are 144" x 86" x 42". I've still got a few more species to get in there. I had to remove my leos as they were to aggressive.

Holy heck that is an awesome tank! I LOVE how you did the tiles, I was thinking exactly the same thing (setting the tiles into liquid rubber rather than mortar).
