once it goes flat your pretty safe to feed again... As they get larger it's usually better to wait till they are roaming the tank in search of a meal though
kay. do catfish act weird. I noticed that he kinda likes to swin in one spot and kind swims around like hes drunk, is this normal. ?lol
The swimming in one spot thing is fairly normal... they seem to enjoy the view so much that they decide to stay in that one spot sometimes... like being on a tredmill LOL
Not sure what you mean by "swims around like he's drunk" but they do sometimes like to have "spastic" moments where they freak out and go in 20 different directions in like 10 seconds...

Just make sure you keep an eye on your water parameters as the "spastic" movements are sometimes related to the water quality changing... (RTC's grow so fast that the bioload increases faster than the BB in the filters can keep up sometimes) Should you see both behaviours you'll learn which one is which but if you havn't seen both then they will look very similar
