Mycross3, very nice rhom, no offence meant and I've been a pleco freak for years, but "I've figured out why........... funny s#!te

JP, like always, great video !

And Whitey, I agree, goldfish feeders = total waste of time and money.

a friend of mine told me to just buy a bag of frozen shrimp from the grocery store, thaw pieces as needed to feed. i wasnt to sure about this. not to sure what to feed em, ive read that beefheart isnt good for em, whats the healthiest thing to feed a rhom?

holy informative. thanks that helps a lot.

Once a month is not enough and feeders are the worst choice to feed

yeah i know i feed mine fillet fish everyday

25c is only 77 degrees. Most people here suggest 80...mine wont eat regularly unless its 82....maybe try keeping it at 28c for a few weeks and turn off all the lights. I maybe turn on my rhoms light for a few hours a day if Im in my computer room and I want to look at him. Otherwise its off and he seems to like it this way.

Also...what kind of current is in the tank....if there isnt enough he probably isnt expending any energy to be hungry....Its a river fish....needs a little current. I have mine in a 55g....about 7 inches long and I have a 300gph hob, and a 400 gph power head.
