New Senegal Aquarium - waiting on fish

Hi there,

I've taken some photos on my phone of my newly set up bichir aquarium. Last photo is with the moonlight (****ty camera quality) - I'll be adding a moonlight unit in the middle this weekend.
No fish in the tank yet but I'm hoping to pick up my 1st (~25cm male) senegal bichir sometime this week/weekend.
I'm a bit worried that after adding the 3D background in my 4x1.5x2 that there isn't a whole lot of space for the fish. What are your thoughts?

Unfortunately I had to get the fish only 4 weeks and 2 days into the cycle - despite it not being complete so I'm a bit concerned. Seller wanted it gone.

I'll check the parameters twice a day and do 30% water changes were necessary. Before I put him in the ammonia read 0.09ppm and the nitrite 0.08ppm. I put in a triple dose of seachem prime, did a gravel vac and 30% wc. I also added seachem stability.

Hopefully it will be ok cuz i paid $550 Aussie dollars (USD 580).
