I would def recommend angels over the discus for a tank with geos as I've found angels to be a much more aggressive feeder & you'll need that to compete with geos. I think the manacupuru reds would look great with your guinacara

Yes I'll be going with a group of F1 manacapuru red shoulders with the Guianacara and geos. Thinking of doing either a nice center piece with plants behind and around it, or keep my main wood pieces off to each side of the tank and keeping the center more open. We will see. Getting the angels this week at about a half dollar size from discus origins
