reason why, is that amp at 14v it pushes 200 watts dynamic and every power supply are meant to only supply 12v, and at 12v u are only pushing around 150-160 Rms watts. and im guessing that sub is a 12" sub and its rms is around 200 to 250, by the size of that magnet. need to see the stats of the sub to confirm it.
the good thing, both sub and amp are at 4ohm stable so the amp will hang in there for a quite a while.
oh thers no need, if they are 10" then it handle with good clean sound. wat kind of box are u setting them in???
