Nice stands. When you weld them sold how square/level do they stay I have been thinking of making a new stand for my 180 but have no one to help me move the tank onto the new stans

Very level and square. Sometimes they go out about a 1/16" of square. I make sure the base is completely level before tacking legs and top base on. And I tack the complete stand together before welding it solid

1/16 corner to corner out of square is nothing to worry about at all. I was just wondering because it's only 1/8 inch tubing and I know if your not careful welding they can pull around. That makes me more interested in building one. Are you a milwright by chance? Or just good with a welder?
