Depends on the design and weight requirements Usually 2x2 or 1.5 if it's a smaller tank

Not a typical stand but this was built for a friend It needed to support an over head filtration system and needed to span over 11’ and not have any deflection

Standard 96x24x36 tall. This one was sent to be powdercoated. It came out very nice.
This will be an option with stands I build but it does add a good chunk of loot to the price
