ask your LFS to order them or google California black worms.... million different vendors for them... around 30$ a pound sounds right... and also go get a bottle of prazi pro and try some red wiggler earth worms too....
its a retic they are notoriously picky... just go to a bait shop and get some red wigglers that are easy for it too chew up now and order some black worms..... the ray is very skinny you been feeding it a bad food and i would dose with prazi pro this weekend....

As Nic said, dont do goldfish, all they do is introduce parasites and then u screw yourself over some more. Best way now is, go to your backyard, and dig up some worms. If you dont like the cold, then go the the baitshop and get yourself some worms. Chop em up and toss em in. Dont assume when your ray is full either, they have a bigger appetite than you could ever imagine. Remember to get the prazipro too.
