I'd say the sunfish is a green sunfish, and the minnow is a blacknose dace.

I don't think it's a blacknose. The snout does not look pointed enough and the body shape looks too short and chubby IMO. I don't think the black reaches around the nose either. It's a blurry pic and difficult to tell though, it may very well be a B-dace.

Green-Pumpkinseed hybrid?

It looks like a Rhinichthys sp to me, and only blacknose or longnose in MD (besides cheat minnow, which is rare and endangered). What do you see it being?

It is hard to be absolute without a clear picture.

If I had to choose out of those three I would have to say it's a blacknose but it still dosen't look quite right to me. If it is I'll hate myself, I have collected tons of these over the last couple weeks, one of our most common fishes and I have 5 swimming less then 5 feet away from me.

Reminds me more of a creek chub, than anything else.

Could it be Notropis chalybaeus or bifrenatus

This ID isn't going much further without a better photo. If you could snap a clear pic (or a pic when that little bugger isn't moving so darn fast) it would help a bunch.

I'm certain it's not Notropis chalybaeus (Ironcolor) but unfamiliar with bifrenatus.

I suppose they don't look quite right either. The ironcolor's eye is much larger for starters. I'm with teleost, gotta have a better picture.
